HALA is an independent travel guide and trip planner. Each guide covers a whole region the way you'd plan it: where to stay, where to eat, what to do, and how to put the days together.
A place gets listed when it earns it, nothing gets listed to fill space, and no venue can pay to be here. Some places we've been to ourselves; the rest are researched against primary sources and marked as research, not experience.
There's also a free planner: save places out of the guides, build them into days with real dates, publish the trip if it turns out well. If you'd rather hand the whole thing over, we build itineraries on request.
